To Bridge the Gap: A Strategic Plan to Identify and Eliminate
Tobacco-Related Disparities in Utah |
| |
In
2002, TPCP convened a diverse group of community representatives
to begin a strategic planning process to better address
tobacco prevention and control among six identified populations
disparately affected by tobacco use (African American,
Hispanic/Latino, Asian/Pacific Islander, Native American,
Low Socioeconomic Status and Rural). Representatives for
each population were selected to create a Utah road map.
