You Can Make A Difference
Even brief advice to quit using tobacco by a healthcare provider is proven to motivate quitting and significantly increase the chances of quitting success. If the healthcare provider also provides patients with quitting medications and refers patients to cessation support programs, their chances of quitting success are even higher*.
