When sending an email request please include the name(s)
of the materials you are interested in, how many copies
you need, and a mailing address to send the materials
to. Please note that in some instances limited copies
may be available. In others, the Tobacco Prevention and
Control Program may send a master copy from which additional
copies can be made.

Tobacco-Free
Fun Sheets, K-6
These grade-specific Tobacco-Free Fun Sheets contain 4
full-size pages of activities. Based on State Office
of Education Core Curriculum Objectives, the activity
sheets are designed to be used in classrooms to supplement lessons
on tobacco prevention. Topics encompass health effects
and environmental tobacco smoke. You may make as
many copies as needed for educational use.

Tobacco-Free
Bookmarks, K-6
Five different bookmarks are available with a positive
graphic on one side and a related message on the
other. Space is available for the student to fill in
their own reasons for not smoking. The bookmarks include
topics on environmental tobacco smoke, smoke-free cars,
smoke-free homes, and health effects.
