Recent Utah Indoor Clean Air Act Amendments
This section provides information about changes in the Utah Indoor Clean Air Act that occurred as a result of action taken by the 2006, 2007, and 2012 Utah Legislatures.
Some changes became effective on May 1, 2006, January 1, 2007, and May 1, 2007 while remaining requirements took effect on January 1, 2009 and May 8, 2012.
